Down Six Pounds!

Dieting is one of the hardest things to do. It would be easy if it weren't for all the good food that surrounds us! The best thing I did for my diet was throw away my scale! Ever since I haven't been so obsessed about the number on the scale but just going to the way my pants fit it has been so my easier. Now, I do have the occasional eat out or whatever but I am also really focused on drinking the water that I should and trying to eat more salads and fruit. I exercise with the Wii Fit, walk outside with Ryan, and even walk in place in my living room. Being outside in Houston is good because its so hot and easy to work up a sweat but sometimes when I don't want to get so hot I just walk in place in my living room while Ryan plays. I also do a lot of leg lifts and scissors. I also think one of the hardest parts is just getting started on it. When I am off of it a couple days its a challenge to start eating right again. But I do it. So I am happy and proud of my six pounds. Now, just fourteen more to go!
