So, for the last couple days I have been doing wonderful on my diet. I have already lost three pounds this week and even feel better. I am not planning on having a splurge day till Monday the 26th so am trying my best to stay away from anything thats not included in my points.
I am doing Weight Watches in which every food item is so many points. Like, for instance, a grilled cheese sandwhich is 4 points, a Chick Fil A chicken salad with ranch dressing is 12 points, and a slice of Papa Johns Pizza is about 6 points. You determine how many points you can eat by your age, weight, and level of activity. You are also given 35 points to use at any time each week and can earn points for exercise both of which are optional to use.
I really love weight watchers and have lost about ten pounds on it so far. It helps me think about what I eat before I eat it, not feel so full after every meal, and is better for my health. And when I have a splurge day (where I eat anything I want and don't count the points) I don't feel so guilyt because I know that I will get back on my diet the next day.
I would recommend weight watchers for anyone who wants to lose a lot or just a little weight. Its not always easy to stay on track but when you put your jeans on and they are a little big its worth it :)
