I finally did it :)

I threw my scale away. I want to lose between ten and fifteen pounds but that scale was making me crazy! I was checking it way too much. I have weighed once at my parents house and figure that I will just keep doing that if I really want to know my exact weight. I have been doing this for about four weeks now and thank God I did it. I feel better and not so obsessed. I am still eating right but I am not going to pass up a mexican dinner with my husband either :) I gained about twenty pounds when I had Ryan and have already lost ten pounds of it. I actually feel great about the way I look (most of the time). But I do want to lose more. I get up first thing before Ryan wakes up and walk on my treadmill for about thirty minutes. I also am watching my points and drinking my water. Its not an easy thing to do but I'm working at it....
